Join a new and exciting program supporting a federal government customer. This is a program in ramp up phase, so a great opportunity to see a large scale and complex program from end to end!
In this role you will be supporting a large program team who are dispersed between Canberra, Sydney and Brisbane. You will hold the team together through the provision of project coordination support, including preparation of status reports, inputs to schedule and budgets and managing the operating rhythms of the team such as meetings and agendas.
What will you get from this role?
We're looking for those who have experience in Project Coordination in a defence or federalgovernment environment. You bring knowledge of all of the key artefacts including Scope, Schedule, Risks and Issues and Budget.
This is not purely an administrative role. You will need to think beyond basic instruction as you will be tasked with different project items that you will manage independently. This is a great transitional role for those who want to step into a Project Management role in the near future.
You must have the maturity to manage a range of stakeholders with competing agendas and diverse personalities! Influence, relationship development and engagement are key.
This is a critical program of work, so it is a requirement for applicants to hold an
active Baseline clearance in order to be eligible to apply and consent to upgrading this to an NV1.
