Working across career defining projects in Retail, Hospitality, Healthcare, Education and Commercial industries, you will join the Colliers team benefiting from exposure to all manner of clients. You are joining a business that focuses on working together, client service and identifying and driving new business.The primary responsibility will initially be to act as the landlord's representative in overseeing the requirements of a Commonwealth Agreement for Lease (AFL) on a major project in Canberra. Experience with managing AFLs or precommitment leases is preferred, given the complexity of coordinating stakeholders and serving as the main point of contact between the Landlord/Developer, Tenant, and Head Contractor.  The Senior Project Manager is responsible for:The operational delivery of projects in line with client and contractual requirements; program and procedures; and all relevant legislationManagement of project personnel to ensure superior team performance in all aspects of project delivery including scope, time, cost and profitability, quality, human resources, communications, risk management, health, safety and environment and procurementContributing to the tendering process particularly in relation to methodology, buildability, risk management and subcontractor involvementAssisting the National Director / Associate Director in the development and maintenance of superior client and key stakeholder relationshipsChairing and minuting meetings as requiredEnsuring Developed systems and procedures are fully implemented to ensure that the business is not at risk of non-compliance with third party accreditationsRisk and Opportunities are tracked on the project to ensure the Client is aware of the key issues on the project regularly.
