Job Description:We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Service Delivery Support Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the Senior Service Delivery Manager and driving continual service improvement initiatives across the ATO account. The role is three-fold, team leadership, service delivery, and stakeholder engagement in this you will lead a team of talented scrum masters who utilise agile methodologies to provide comprehensive support in task tracking, administration, and agile rituals.We want a proactive and adaptable individual who thrives in a diverse, large-scale environment and possesses exceptional people leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.You will be involved in some of the below: Lead and inspire a team of scrum masters, leveraging agile methodologies to support a cross-functional team in effective task tracking, administration, and facilitating agile rituals. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture, promoting innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement in alignment with the service offerings.Identify opportunities for optimization, propose innovative solutions, and work collaboratively to drive positive change.Support the Senior Service Delivery Manager in the delivery of services, ensuring client satisfaction and timely delivery of commitments. Provide support in operational reporting, escalations, and stakeholder communications to ensure transparency and alignment.Your ability to engage with senior leaders and executives, foster productive relationships, and promote effective reporting, information dissemination, and collaboration will be one of your strong attributes. Collaborating closely with other teams to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met, fostering a culture of collaboration and mutual support. You will be seen as a leader, empowering and motivating teams to achieve exceptional results.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration, concise reporting, and impactful presentations.
