Job Description

We are currently have an great opportunity for a Service Transition Planning Support Coordinator to oin our Project Services team. This role will assist with the implementation of Transition, Planning and Support (TPS) services and work with vendors, the client and Project Managers and ensure TPS activities are conducted through the project lifecycle.

• Responsible for facilitating integration between the Project & BAU Support teams to ensure BAU Support teams are inputting into the Service design, build & implementation under the project
• Ensuring the BAU Support team are providing operational acceptance of Services being transitioned
• Working with various stakeholders such as PMs, BAU Teams and TPS peers in vendors and the client to identify BAU transition risks and escalate to TPS Manager

Qualifications

• ITIL Foundations v3 certification preferred but not required
• Demonstrated experience in a similar TPS role (preferably in a similar industry)
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with strong attention to detai
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills combined with the ability to work autonomously as well as contribute as a valued team member
• Strong planning and organisational skills
• Proven ability to provide quality customer service under limited direction

Additional Information

This role does require the successful applicant to be an Australian Citizen and ideally hold an NV1 or NV2 security clearance, or ability to obtain.
