This role is based within our Qantas Club, Business Lounge and Chairmans' Lounge at Canberra Airport. Our Food & Beverage Team Leader (Senior Lounge Runner) will bring their passion for service to our three lounge spacing They will be dedicated to creating a welcoming and inviting pre-flight experience for our guest.Key duties of this role include, but are not limited to the following:Lead by example providing efficient, friendly and professional food and beverage service to all guestAssist with supervision of front of house team to support the Duty ManagerInitial point of contact for guest and team challengesCommunicate directly with front of house team and management to provide them with all relevant informationMaintain and improve quality service in our loungesEnsure all team members are following Accor and Qantas policiesProactively promote a safe workplace
