Key Responsibilities include:Hold safety as a core value and contribute to the achievement of a zero harm and incident/injury free environment through active participation in all safety programs relevant to the positionPerform the duties of an Licensed Aircraft Maintenance EngineerEnsure all aircraft maintenance, documentation and certification is carried out and completed in line with the MOE, procedures manuals and responsible CAMO requirementsPlan, distribute and oversee scheduled maintenancePerform, implement and maintain any required shift / task handoversSupervise maintenance personnel and support apprentices when requiredEnsure all maintenance certified is carried out in accordance with maintenance dataEnsure Complex Maintenance Tasks are certified by an authorised Certifying EmployeeMaintenance and associated maintenance records are completed & certified correctly by authorised Certifying Employee prior to CRS issueEnsure Critical Maintenance Tasks are completed with applicable control procedure prior to issue of a CRSEnsure maintenance is completed, certified or deferred in line with the MOE prior to CRS issueResponsible for the general condition, upkeep of the hangar and workshopCompliance to the FRMS and WHSMSM policies and proceduresPerform any other duties as directed by the SBE
