At our Darwin Airport properties, conferences and events are more than a revenue stream - they're an experience we're proud to deliver. We're looking for someone who understands that great sales come from great relationships, and that a client who leaves impressed is a client who comes back.You'll manage the end-to-end sales process across our three properties- Novotel, Mercure and ibis. You'll be responsible from the first enquiry through to a seamless handover to our events team. You'll bring new business in, nurture existing accounts, and make sure every client feels genuinely looked after along the way.What you'll be doingProactively seeking new business while developing and growing existing accountsManaging and converting conference and events enquiries across all channelsBuilding lasting relationships with corporate clients, PCOs and event plannersPreparing tailored proposals that reflect each client's needs and maximise revenueConducting site inspections and famils that showcase our properties at their bestWorking closely with our Food & Beverage and Operations teams to ensure smooth event deliveryKeeping our pipeline and CRM records accurate and up to dateContributing to sales strategy and monthly forecasting
