We are seeking a highly capable and commercially minded Financial Controller who is responsible for the efficient and effective operation of the Finance Function, to maximise profitability and overall financial performance.The primary function is to maintain control over income, expenses and assets of the business in compliance with company policies and procedures, as well local requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with the General Manager and Hotel Leadership to support financial strategy, performance, and decision-makingDeliver accurate and timely weekly, monthly, and annual financial report to Accor and ownership groupsLead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial planning processesOversee payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with legislative requirementsProvide financial guidance on Management Agreements, Owners Corporation matters, and HMA complianceDrive continuous improvement across financial systems, controls, policies, and reporting processesSupport department heads with financial analysis, reporting, and commercial insights to improve profitabilityEnsure compliance with Accor financial policies, WH&S obligations, and all relevant statutory and legislative requirements
