We are on the lookout for 2 casual food and beverage attendants to work across our venues in the resort. We have Splash Cafe and bar, a relaxed poolside cafe/bar and PoolHouse Bar and Kitchen, serving buffet breakfast, all day lunch and dinner. Working within the food and beverage team your duties will include:Greeting and welcoming guests, assist with enquiries and restaurant bookings.Assisting guests with menu offerings and maximise sales opportunities through knowledge of product and suggestive selling.taking orders, serving drinks, set up and cleaningMaintain clean and neat presentation of bar and restaurant area(s), following set opening, closing and daily procedures.Take responsibility for your designated section and station.
