We are looking for a highly skilled Conversation Designer to craft engaging and effective conversational experiences for voice assistants. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of Natural Language Understanding (NLU) concepts, experience of working with Google Platform, strong designer skills. You will work closely with Solution Architects, business stakeholders, and developers to ensure seamless conversational interactions that align with business goals.Key Responsibilities:Develop Conversational Design and strategy that align with business objectives and user needs.Define use cases, conversation flows, and dialogue structuresEnsure conversational experiences are engaging, intuitive, and impactful for end-users.Apply conversational writing principles to create natural, user-friendly interactions.Optimize virtual assistant experiences through grammar refinements, NLU model improvements, and strategic enhancements.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Solution Architects, business stakeholders, and developersContinuously improve chatbot and voice assistant experiences by implementing data-driven enhancements.
