Data Analysis:Analyse large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support Fresh Futures’ business objectives.Perform statistical analysis and data mining to uncover actionable insights and inform strategic decisions.Reporting & Visualization:Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.Present data findings in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders through visualisations and written reports.Data Interpretation:Translate data insights into actionable recommendations to improve platform features, user experience, and business strategies.Collaborate with the Business Data Scientist and other team members to align data analysis with overall business goals.Data Management:Assist in the collection, cleaning, and preprocessing of data to ensure its accuracy and reliability.Monitor data quality and work with the Data Quality Specialist to address any data discrepancies or issues.Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and IT, to understand their data needs and deliver relevant analyses.Support the development of data collection systems and strategies to optimise statistical efficiency and data quality.Continuous Improvement:Stay updated with the latest data analysis techniques, tools, and best practices.Propose and implement improvements to data analysis processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
