Assist the Business Data Office – Client and Investor Data Team in fulfilling mandate of ingesting and maintaining static data for clients, investors and investments at MUFG.  The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.Lead data gathering and complex data and requirement analysis;Experience in process analysis and improvement methodologies (i.e. Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking etc.)Strong problem-solving capabilities with ability to recommend solutionsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work effectively with stakeholders at various levelsExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and lead small initiativesUpdate Operating Procedures and maintain JIRA/ServiceDesk/Confluence up to dateAssist in standardizing and simplifying processes for creating and maintaining client and investor data.Participate in multiple initiatives with Technology, Product and other stakeholders to digitize and automate the ingestion and maintenance of client and investor data.Ensure internal checklists are completed and signed off.Ad hoc tasks, as required.
