As a Data Centre Construction Project Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of data centre development projects, including base build, fitout out and expansion projects within the Capital Works portfolio.Your visionary mindset and exceptional project management skills will be crucial in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and successful project execution. What you’ll do:You will also have responsibility for the implementation of the capital expenditure plan for existing assets, developing and embedding a strong safety culture, and driving operational and business improvement initiatives. Lead the end-to-end development process for data centre projects, ensuring successful project execution. Develop and execute project strategies, aligning them with company goals and objectives. Manage project risks, issues and dependencies and ensure that appropriate governance and reporting structures are in place. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to optimize project outcomes. Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies. Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders. This opportunity will see you working with world leaders in our space.
