In this pivotal role, you will oversee the successful delivery of Proforest’s Responsible Sourcing and Production portfolio, working on projects driving meaningful change across the sector, whilst inspiring and supporting a high-performing team. In collaboration with the SEA Director and other senior managers, you will also lead the development and implementation of portfolio.  In this role, you will:  Lead and grow Proforest’s Responsible Sourcing & Production portfolio across Southeast Asia  Deliver high-impact projects with companies, financial institutions and other partners to advance sustainable supply chains and responsible finance  Oversee portfolio planning, team resourcing, budgets and delivery quality  Build strong relationships with clients, industry stakeholders, donors and strategic partners  Drive innovation in Proforest’s services, approaches and thought leadership  Monitor sustainability, policy and market developments to identify emerging opportunities and risks  Represent Proforest at regional and international events, forums and industry initiatives  Support business development, partnerships and organisational strategy  Lead, coach and develop a collaborative, high-performing team
