We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Director, Early Careers & University Relations to build and lead our global strategy for attracting, developing, and retaining emerging talent. This role will own our early careers programs — including internships, graduate hiring, and apprenticeships — while cultivating strong relationships with universities and academic partners worldwide.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and deliver global early careers strategies that align with workforce planning and business growth.Lead and mentor a team responsible for early careers strategy and program management.Partner with leaders and HRBPs to create career pathways for early career hires, ensuring retention and progression.Build and sustain strategic relationships with universities, business schools, and technical institutions.Collaborate with academic partners on research projects, curriculum development, and thought leadership opportunities.Partner with the Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition teams to design campaigns targeting early talent audiences.Amplify our presence on campuses, social platforms, and through student organizations.Ensure early careers programs reflect and support our global DEI goals.Partner with cross-functional leaders to integrate early careers talent into the broader workforce.Stay ahead of external trends in early careers and talent development to continuously evolve our approach.
