Job Purpose:To support the People & Culture department in daily operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, training, and administration, while gaining hands-on experience in hotel People & Culture practices.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the recruitment process (posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).Support onboarding of new team members and preparation of related documents.Help organize employee engagement activities and staff events.Maintain and update employee records and P&C databases.Assist with training coordination and attendance tracking.Provide general administrative support to the People & Culture team.Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies.Benefits:Hands-on exposure to hotel People & Culture operations.Opportunity to learn from experienced P&C professionals.Internship allowance provided.Certificate of completion upon successful internship.
