To drive this digital journey, we wish to strengthen our APAC Regional HR Team in Kuala Lumpur / Malaysia with a Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Specialist, who will be ready for the the following challenges:Ensuring support of implemented functionalities and tools:  handling tickets, solving incidents and escalation to Functional or Regional Lead when necessaryPlaying a key role in the support organization on the regional and global levelsUnderstanding the system capabilities and the configuration options of SAP SuccessFactors across various modules, as well as other digital tools supporting processes such as Talent Acquisition and LearningMonitoring, developing and facilitating data quality in the organizationStaying in close contact with local HR responsibles and improving HRIS capabilities region-wide.Participating in all phases of upcoming projects on both Regional and Global level, when required: design, configuration, testing (incl. development of scenarios), preparation of training and supportTaking ownership for the drive and further development of an Document ManagementResponsible for development and support of reporting capabilities
