We are looking for a results-driven Lead, Rider Performance Marketing to drive rider acquisition and engagement across 17 markets in APAC and Europe. This role reports into the Lead Generation team, which is responsible for ensuring a steady supply of high-quality leads of potential riders to join our platforms. You will take ownership of digital marketing strategies, lead generation performance, and analytics, while managing a team of channel specialists to deliver measurable business impact.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and deliver rider marketing performance KPIs across 17 markets, focusing on digital lead generation.Develop, implement, and optimise marketing strategies, including business-as-usual (BAU) campaigns and testing roadmaps.Oversee and mentor a team of 4 marketing channel managers across paid social, SEM, programmatic, app store optimisation, and other performance channels.Manage and allocate the performance marketing budget to maximise ROI and efficiency.Act as the primary liaison for the region, ensuring seamless activation of marketing initiatives across execution teams, with a focus on paid media.Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (operations, product, finance, etc.) to align marketing strategies, simplifying complex marketing concepts for non-marketing teams.Build robust reporting frameworks, track performance against targets, and generate actionable insights to inform decision-making.Continuously explore new growth opportunities and test innovative approaches to rider acquisition.
