Overseeing the day-to-day operations of an office, ensuring smooth functionality by managing administrative tasks like answering phones, scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, maintaining office supplies, coordinating events, and providing support to staff and management.Greet visitors and clients upon arrival.Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.Attend to employee queries and perform ad-hoc activities and duties as assigned.Ensure sufficient office supplies including paper, dispenser water, fresh milk, pantry, and stationery supplies.Prepare and do maintenance on access cards, lockers, and walkabout.Oversee day to day operations of facilitiesAdminister employee welfare and benefits. (Bereavement token & Newborn gift)Responsible for all repairs and maintenance in the office and operation facilities (internet, printer, server, electricity, water, and office) are safe and functioning well.Liaise with building management for any upcoming memo / issue in the building and deliver massage into the staff.Attend vendor and manage movement of guests and be responsible for work permits for all the respective vendors and according to work schedule.
