Duties and Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple APAC markets (e.g., Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, China, Indonesia, Vietnam)Lead intake discussions with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, workforce plans, and timelinesDevelop and execute proactive sourcing strategies, including direct sourcing of passive candidatesManage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentScreen and assess candidates against job requirements and ensure strong candidate pipelinesCoordinate and manage the full interview processPartner with hiring managers on hiring decisions and offer recommendationsMaintain strong candidate engagement and provide timely communication throughout the processDeliver hiring outcomes in line with agreed service levels (e.g., time-to-fill targets)Contribute to a collaborative team environment and share best practices
