Lead and coordinate QA/QC activities for the SPS package.Implement and monitor the Project Quality Management System (QMS).Ensure contractor, subcontractor and supplier compliance with quality requirements and specifications.Review and manage Quality Plans, ITPs, inspection programs and audits.Manage NCRs, RFIs, corrective actions and quality improvements.Coordinate Third-Party Inspections (TPI) and vendor surveillance activities.Ensure quality documentation and final records are complete and delivered on time.Supervise the SPS QA/QC team and provide quality leadership to the project.Monitor QA/QC KPIs, reporting, lessons learned and continuous improvement.
