The T&I Lead Manager (Foundations) is a key technical role that involves overseeing the installation of offshore wind foundation piles and jackets.Technical Expertise: Familiar with the offshore environment, understands the risks and practical requirements of delivering T&I.Transportation: Plans, prepares and coordinate the transportation for offshore structures working to deliver structures to project site.Installation: Manages installation work packages for installation of offshore structures at project sites.  Works with owners engineers and other technical functions to coordinate the surveys/measurement of progress and quality at fabrication yard and project site.Project Management: Works with technical teams and suppliers to establish installation approach.Leadership: Leads the T&I team for foundations, developing capability and assuring that have the capacity and capability needed at each stage of the project.Client Interaction: Communicates with clients, project management, and offshore personnel in order to see the project alignment is on time, cost and quality progress. Identifies risks and brings works with technical advisors/owners engineers as required to develop mitigation plans.Quality Assurance: Co-ordinates with the owner's engineer and other technical functions to see that activities comply with project standards in terms of quality, cost, and time.Problem-Solving: Understands complex challenges and able to translate them into solutions drawing on technical experts as required to drive outcomes during the procurement process and project execution phases.Software Proficiency: May require knowledge of software like AutoCAD, Orcaflex, or Ansys for design and analysis purposes.
