We are looking in Kuala Lumpur for a role of the Team Head SIS SAP RSC APAC.In this challenging role, you will be responsible for SAP projects implementations (acquisitions) and rollouts following the Global template, support operations and contribute to SAP initiatives in APAC region, managing a team of SAP specialists in the region and collaborating with SAP central team in Zurich.What we offer you:Working with a strong local and global SAP team.Align SIS project delivery strategy and the region’s territory strategy to ensure solution adoption across the region.Assist with the translation of business requirements into SAP functionality and manage the expectations of the business where appropriate.Work with the latest technologies based on our S/4 HANA system in a global team (with integration to non-SAP applications, Fiori apps and cloud-based technologies).Promote global standardized processes and methodologies, best practices, examples, and templates with a ‘fit to standard’ mindset.Contribute and manage harmonization initiatives, safeguard Sika’s SAP global template solutions and adjust according to Sika’s best practices – following our governance procedures.Provide coordination and take ownership of critical projects and support deliverables (eg. functional specifications, tickets, CRs) – overall coordination, set priorities and assign to the team, review performance and write/handle/solve on your own when required.
