The Territory Business Manager is the leading contributor in the sales revenue generating stream of Pilmico Animal Nutrition Corporation, by being responsible in creating and maintaining an increasing and loyal base of customers through active selling and establishing sustainable partnership with Agri-Centers, Agri-posts and Farm Accounts. In charge of translating continuous market share within a specified territory. This position is also responsible for ensuring the maintenance of credit terms within acceptable corporate standards.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:I. Market PotentialContinuously conduct market reading to update Pilmico position at the traditional channel, and be able to immediately spot and feedback changes / shifts in market trends that may affect the business.II. Business PlanAnalyze market data for the development and presentation of a cohesive territory business plan and business review, and be able to Identify articulately the gaps that will prevent the achievement of the goals.Develops and proposes an overall business approach in an assigned territory to include but not limited but not limited to placement, participation, customer recruitment and pricing strategies.III. Customer RelationsServes as a link and provides support between the customer and the company in all transactions related to order fulfillmentGathers, provides feedback and monitors intervention on customer concerns pertaining to product, services including potential risks to business partners, physically and/or digitally.IV. Sales OperationsVerifies all critical information necessary to determine worthiness of a prospective customer prior to endorsementExecutes, leads generation and negotiations to prospective customersPlans and executes the territory KRAs in order to grow the business in an assigned territoryHelps in managing AR of the territory through effective collection system.Implements and evaluates effectiveness of defined sales activities in the territoryMonitors the services of third party manpower service provider in the technical sales in an assigned territoryAssists in providing technical training to the third-party service provider, including soft skills, corporate values and processes,V. Other TasksParticipates in current and future corporate initiatives such as PL, PPM, ISO, 5S, ISMS, Branding, CRM, IBP, COMREL, Safety, etc.Participates in projects and improvements on sales and marketing process as may be assignedPerforms other work-related tasks as may be assigned from time to time
