We are now hiring Accounts Payable Specialist with the following job description:
Generating vendor payments and reconcile account statements
Performing credit cards account reconciliations
Maintaining accounts payable files and records
Producing monthly financial and management reports
Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries
Skills and qualifications:
Experience in accounting is required
Knowledge in Quick books is required
With ability to prioritize and manage expectations
A keen eye for detail and can work independently
Ability to communicate articulately and efficiently with the vendors and other people within the company.
Problem solving skills
Teamwork and collaboration.
