Job Summary:
Wedding Coordinator is responsible for
Assisting Bride and Groom to the Wedding Ceremony day
Preparing for setting up the chapel for ceremony
Taking guests to the beach for photo shooting
Assisting the main coordinator who manages whole ceremony
Briefing with Pastor, Singer, and photo/video shooter
Requirements:
Must be able to work outdoors under the sun.
Must be self-motivated, supportive and friendly.
Must be able to work flexible hours and days.
Basic Japanese language a plus.
