Maintenance staff wanted for Dededo condominium complex.

Employment type: Full time
We are looking for maintenance staff at Pacific Gardens Condominium in Dededo, behind Winchells. Your job will involve the maintenance and upkeep of the property.
Must submit current court and police clearance after interview but before employment. Drug test may be required before employment.
Applicants must meet the following criteria below:
* Must work well with others and have good communication skills - speaking, reading, and writing English
* Must be willing to work five to six days a week, holidays, weekends on schedule determined by resident manager
* Must be physically able to do the job
Partial list of responsibilities:

* Bush cutting, trim trees
* Janitorial, mopping
* Grounds maintenance including litter disposal
* Paint touch-up
* Inspect units for plumbing leaks
* Perform other duties as assigned by resident manager
