Seeking maintenance person who is mechanically inclined and preferably with some background in light electrical, plumbing, carpentry and preventive maintenance. As always, we seek someone who is reliable and responsible working alone, with integrity and a conscience. Must have flexible schedule, able to work weekends and holidays.
