Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs: Knowledge of Point-of-Sale system (Quickbook program)
Meet and Greet visitors with a positive, helpful attitude. Answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls.
Maintain workplace security and maintain visitor logs. Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, and making travel plans. Maintain customer files, including purging, and records retention. Maintain customer accounts receivables, conduct follow up for collecting payments. Prepare invoices for customers, and coordinate with the warehouse on deliveries. Maintain cash drawer and adhere to cash handling protocol. Prepare and submit end-of-day sales activity, and balance cash drawer. Able to multi-task and utilize time management skills to ensure efficiency and timeliness of work projects. Schedule appointments and make reservations. Sorting and distributing mail. Assisting colleagues with other administrative tasks. Other administrative duties as assigned.
Must have reliable transportation.
