We are seeking a new addition to our law firm's collections department to support and undertake specific tasks, including but not limited to:
- Preparing legal/court documents and correspondences regarding collection matters;
- Ensuring all relevant legal/court documents are in order and filed before deadlines;
- Inputting and exporting collections data utilizing certain computer software;
- Reviewing collection files to ensure currentness;
- Drafting and responding to emails, taking phone calls, taking messages, and handling general and specific correspondences regarding collection matters.
