We are now hiring Accounting Assistant with the following job description:
Process & review daily store sales transactions to prepare for deposit.
Submit the daily store sales reports in excel to the owners and other concern.
Prepare and submit Gross Receipt Tax report for all Guam companies.
Generate end of the month Store Sales report from Keystroke point of sale.
Conduct spot check/inventory audit for selected products.
Send monthly tenant statement of account, receive and verify tenant payments and reconcile with Quick books.
Submit monthly tenant aging report to the owner.
Maintain tenant’s records and files.
Receive and monitor property’s complaints for repairs.
Skills and qualifications:
Experience in accounting is required.
Full knowledge in Quick books is required.
With the ability to prioritize and manage expectations.
A keen eye for detail and can work independently
Ability to communicate articulately and efficiently with the vendors and other people within the company.
Problem-solving skills
Teamwork and collaboration.
