Guam Surveyor, LLC is looking for a part-time or full-time office administrator for our location in Yigo.
Responsibilities
Customer Intake (phone, email, in person)
Obtain and manage base pass applications
Prepare payroll and 401k
Prepare tax reports including F500, W2, 1099, 1096, 941 tax, etc.
Track calls, tasks, visitors
Track equipment inventory, files, DLM project status, employee records such as training, raises, and other HR concerns
File, scan, prepare and process project paperwork including proposals, SF330, payments, invoices, showings, and maps
Contact insurance to get COIs and send COIs to clients
Call clients regarding appointments, payments, questions, etc.
Keep work area clean
Inform management of issues
Qualifications
Driver’s license
High school graduate; BA/BS in relevant field is preferred
Ability to read and write in English proficiently and professionally
Ability to use office equipment such as computers, phones, printers and scanners
Must be proficient in Windows, MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
Ability to obtain a notary public license is preferred
