We are seeking a Highly Motivated and Goal Oriented Professional Individual for the position of Sales Representative.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Consistent implementation of the Yamaha Power Sports Sales Procedure
2. Complete product knowledge training and maintain current certification for all Power Sports products and accessories
3. Optimize the customer experience by communicating with the customer through out the ownership cycle
4. Reach out to customer leads
5. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Knowledge of Power Sports combined with sales experience
2. Valid Driver's License
3. Must be available from 8:45 am to 6:00 pm with a flexible schedule
4. Must be computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Adobe, Etc.)
5. Must be punctual and maintain perfect work attendance
6. Must have relationship management skills and openness to feedback
7. Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
8. Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
9. Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
