For commercial and military projects.
Ideal candidate will have experience in estimating or field experience in construction and warehouse organization. Must be eligible for base passes on Anderson Air Force Base and Big Navy.
Qualifications:
Strong Safety awareness.
Experience with Roof and Industrial Coatings is a plus, but willing to train the right individual.
General Proficiency in Computer skills and specifically in Word and Excel. QuickBooks is a plus. Physical Requirements:
Must be able to climb ladders and scaffolds.
Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time (up to 8 hrs per day).
Must be able to tolerate prolonged periods in the elements at jobsites.
Must be able to bend, stoop, crouch. Frequency and duration varies from jobsite to jobsite.
Must be able to raise and lower objects weighing up to 50 lbs or more from one level to another (includes upward pulling).
