Ambulance Operators are dispatched to homes and other locations to transport patients to/from healthcare facilities. Due to the nature of their work, Ambulance Operators must have a valid Chauffeur's license and a good driving record. Because they deal with patient care, prospective Ambulance Drivers must be detail-oriented and thrive under pressure. They must also be able to remain calm and composed and have the ability to put frightened and agitated patients at ease.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Safely driving the ambulance to transport patients as comfortably as possible to healthcare facilities.
Loading and Unloading the stretcher
Maintaining cleanliness of the ambulance by sweeping, washing, sanitizing, and safely disposing of any medical waste
or soiled linen.
Inspecting the ambulance and reporting any deficiencies for repair. Fuel, oil, transmission fluid, coolant, and wiper fluid
levels should be checked daily and topped off if necessary.
Provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Chauffeur's License
Ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 100+ lbs
Ability to work flexible hours
