Bilingual Customer Service Specialist
Humana is seeking Customer Care Specialists in San Juan, PR to join
their team! The Inbound Contacts Representative 2 addresses all member
needs, which may include complex benefit questions, resolving issues, and
educating members. We provide perfect service and guidance to all CarePlus
health plan members. In this position, you will perform as a Universal
Agent, trained to assist our CarePlus members through a one-call resolution
approach. You will provide guidance, education, and resolve any issue(s)
for our members, which may include medical claims, benefits, enrollment,
pharmaceutical, transportation and grievances.

Customer Service Specialist Responsibilities:
Address and document customer inquiries by following department
processes and CMS (Centers for Medicare/Medicaid) regulatory guidelines
Serve as an advocate and educator for CarePlus members in accessing and
utilizing their Medicare Advantage plan benefits. Engage with the
member to support their health and create a sense of value for the
member when engaging with the member services inbound contact center.
Comply with all HIPAA and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid regulations
Bilingual Customer Service Specialist Requirements:
High School Diploma
Bilingual English and Spanish. Must be able to speak, read, and write
in both languages without limitations or assistance
Strong customer service orientation
Strong attention to detail
Strong typing and software navigation skills
Capacity to multi-task, including use of multiple computer
applications/screens simultaneously
Effective verbal and listening skills
Ability to work an 8-hour shift between the hours of 8am-8pm
Monday-Friday (April-October) and 8am-8pm Monday-Sunday
(October-March), with overtime based on business needs
