Looking for a person who is multi-talented who likes Plumbing (If you don't like doing it, We need you to at least be good at it). We do property rehab's and need someone who understands the plumbing side of buildings. We all work together but each kind of specialize. Each property is different. No one stands around...we get the job done helping each other as needed. We do everything from the clean out, rehab and than the final detail cleaning. Looking for someone who can get the plumbing done.
We have property in South Dakota, Iowa, Wisconsin, Florida, Ukraine (yes we have one apartment in Ukraine, that country in Europe). We are planning to purchase property in Puerto Rico later this year in the Aguadilla, Isabella, Mayaguez, Cabo Rojo region of PR and probably will own property in Belize in the next few years.
At this time we have our residency in Florida but most of our property is in South Dakota. We intend to transfer our residency to Puerto Rico in 2020 for tax purposes.
If hired you will need to pay for your own plane ticket (about $150) however you will be refunded the cost of the ticket after your third month of employment. All flights after the first one are paid for by the company. Your first weeks lodging will be provided giving you time to find and secure a rental dwelling. Other details such as transportation, food and work/leisure clothing have already been thought thru...acceptable arraignments are in place and can be discussed in detail later.
This position is open and we are wanting to fill the position immediately
The position would start at $10 an hour.
We will give a dollar an hour raise each month for the first 6 months.

We are looking for a long term/full time employee. Our company is presently in the 3rd year of a 5 year transfer of management from one generation to the next. We have been buying property since 1976 and presently own thousands of rental units. We are looking for someone to help our 'management company' which manages 319 of those rental units.
