As the premiere luxury brand jewelry and watch retailer throughout the Caribbean, Little Switzerland is searching for outgoing Store Management who identifies with this long standing history of excellence and who will enjoy working at our locations on St. Thomas.

Some brands include Breitling, Tag Heuer, OMEGA, Cartier and Patek Philippe watches along with stunning John Hardy, Roberto Coin and David Yurman jewelry.

The Store leaders utilize strong closing techniques to optimize store sales and overall profits. This individual will also be accountable for achieving profitable store operations by effectively planning, executing and reviewing all functions, in conformance with Company Policy and under the overall direction of the Director of Operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in establishing a working environment, which encourages commitment to sales and profit objectives.

• Motivate associates to sell related add-ons to maximize sales and profits.

• Demonstrate leadership and provide motivation to Sales Consultants to improve customer satisfaction and sales performance.

• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed and maintain store security.

• Resolve customer complaints according to company policies and use own judgment to ensure a high quality of customer satisfaction while maintaining company interests.

• Utilize knowledge of luxury brand jewelry and timepieces along with consultative selling skills to provide clients with excellent customer service in order to maximize sales and expand the customer base.

• Assesses the strengths and weaknesses of the sales staff and manage the sales program accordingly.

• Provides on-the-ground support for sales staff as they generate leads and close new deals.

• Manages, develops, coaches, controls and motivates the sales team to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target

Skills, Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in retail with luxury brand timepieces

• Management experience required, commission retail environment

• Proven ability to drive sales and meet sales objectives

• Ability to enthusiastically recruit, engage, hire and retain top talent.

• Experience leading a cohesive team of Sales Consultants

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Eligible to work in the USA

Ready to relocate to US Virgin Islands
