Territory Manager

As a Territory Sales Manager for our Moen brand, a trusted leader in plumbing fixtures and water solutions, you will play an important role in nurturing relationships and supporting customers across your territory. You will partner closely with wholesalers, dealers, contractors, and other stakeholders to understand their needs, share knowledge, and deliver thoughtful solutions that create long-term value.

This role focuses on building meaningful connections, supporting an established book of business, and collaboratively identifying opportunities for growth. You will work alongside internal teams and partners to ensure consistent, supportive customer experience while contributing to Moen’s continued success in the market.

POSITION LOCATION: This position is field-based and remote, requiring regular travel within the assigned territory, which is in the Raleigh, NC Area. The candidate must reside within this core geography to effectively manage the territory and meet customer needs. Travel will typically include approximately 1–2 overnights per month.

 What you will be doing:Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with wholesalers, plumbing contractors (new construction and repair/remodel), kitchen and bath dealers, and other partnersSupport customers through regular check-ins, thoughtful communication, and a consistent sales call scheduleShare product knowledge and implement merchandising, marketing, and promotional programs that align with customer goalsCollaborate closely with Territory Managers, Strategic Account Managers, and Business Development teams to support shared successMaintain open communication and follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction and ongoing partnershipListen to customer feedback and monitor local market trends to better understand evolving needsParticipate in trade shows, industry events, and customer engagements to strengthen connections and brand presenceDevelop and care for a territory plan that supports sustainable growth and long-term relationships
