We are seeking a Deputy Project Manager to oversee the critical operations at the North East New Territories Landfill / North East New Territories Landfill Extension. This role is pivotal in managing project activities, financial planning, and team leadership to ensure high standards of excellence. Key Responsibilities:Project Oversight: Lead the development and implementation of operating plans. Ensure all site activities comply with local laws, company codes, and contractual obligations.Financial & Operational Management: Manage budgets, including forecasting capital (capex) and operating (opex) expenditures, and overseeing asset replacement.Team Leadership: Direct recruitment, training, performance, and discipline for staff. You will also serve as a deputy to the Project Manager during their absence.Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison for landfill users, local residents, the EPD, and independent consultants to maintain positive relationships.
