Steer and nurture the growth of Western Victoria's recycling network and make a lasting impact on how communities recycle every day.As our Territory Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the performance, growth, and customer experience of TOMRA's Victorian container return network. Working closely with sales, technical, and operational teams, you'll oversee a portfolio of Reverse Vending Machines (RVMs), ensuring they operate safely, present well to the public, maintain profitability, and continue to be accessible to the community.This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll connect with and build strong relationships with contractors, site hosts, landlords, and key stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and improvement by using data and commercial insights to drive results.
