We are a multi-million a year business specializing in merchant marine sales to locals and visitors purchasing parts for large yachts to small dinghys. We are looking for a proven team leader who has strong leadership skills and is familiar with retail and customer service. Candidate must be proficient in computer point of sale application as well as ordering and receiving inventory daily for multiple stores. You will lead and manage your store personnel in sales to emphasize exceptional customer service and efficient daily business execution with point of sale procedures.
The store manager is accountable for
Inventory management: As previously stated, our business has multi million dollar sales per year and in order to maintain that status, product must be on the shelves. Candidate will check stock levels regularly and generate purchase orders to specific vendor for any product needed. When product arrives, a receiver must be properly entered in the software system so a voucher will be generated for accounting.
Human Resources: Assure proper procedures for store personnel are followed. You will oversee customer experience, hiring and scheduling of store personnel, and adequately manage employee's payroll, vacation, and sick days.

What we are looking for:
3+ years of retail leadership or experience in a customer focused environment.
Proficiency in computer point of sale applications.
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong written and verbal communications
Military service a plus
