Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Be familiar and comply with the Gallows Point Resort Employee Handbook.
To provide a friendly, efficient liaison between guests and the resort.
To deal with problems as they arise in a professional manner, with the understanding that the guest’s needs and
concerns are paramount.
Comply with all property/departmental standards as they pertain to safety and security.
Respect the guest’s privacy with confidentiality of any guest information including not volunteering room numbers, names or details of their stay.
Duties:
Greet and escort guests to rooms
Inform guests of property amenities, services, and hours of operation
Identify and explain room features to guests
Transport guest luggage to and from guest rooms
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs without assistance
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, must be available nights and weekends, and holidays
Must be available nights, weekends, and holidays
