We are seeking a highly motivated Rental Agent to join our team. As a Rental Agent, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their rental needs and ensuring a positive experience. Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in renting vehicles, providing information on available options and rates
- Process rental agreements and collect necessary documentation
- Coordinate vehicle pick-up and drop-off schedules
- Conduct vehicle inspections before and after rentals
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the rental process
- Maintain accurate records of rental transactions
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
Qualifications:
-Valid drivers license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Knowledge of the rental industry is a plus
- Multilingual abilities, particularly Spanish, is an asset
-Ability to work weekends
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Schedule:
Thursday - Tuesday, 8 am - 5pm
