We are looking for an Executive Chef who possess the following qualities:
5 years minimum fine dining/ kitchen management experience
Passion for great food and leadership skills to operate a scratch kitchen
Steakhouse experience a plus
Demonstrate skills to motivate and develop a high performing team
Discipline and desire to create systems and organization within a fast changing environment
Ability to take many variables to find a solution to a problem
Excellent communication skills
Ability to clearly communicate and uphold culinary standards, rollout new projects/initiatives
Familiarity with restaurant costing software
Monitors inventory and supplies
Ensures highest quality food preparation and hygiene standards
Able to stand for extended hours
Good computer skills
Creativity and an eye for detail
