Head Dinner Cook/Chef needed to help grow our recently opened Courtyard Restaurant (seating capacity appr. 45)
Located at THE INN AT TAMARIND COURT on St John
Restaurant Kitchen Experience Required!
Must reside on St John & have valid USVI Health Card
Help tweak/change our current Dinner Menu & develop Nightly Specials
Put together a recipe reference book for kitchen staff
Able to train kitchen staff
Place Food Orders with local purveyors & be on property to receive/put away deliveries
Must be a team player, reliable, able to multi-task & thoroughly clean!
Must be legal & read/speak English
START IMMEDIATELY!
Pay starting at $22-28 DOE & free shift meal
Performance bonus and periodic merit raises.
DINNER SERVED from 3-8pm
Paid as contract labor 1099'd - no taxes are taken out, so you will handle filing.
