Isla Blue is a brand new, high-end, beachfront restaurant. Our menu boasts vibrant island flavors with the freshest seafood. We are privately owned restaurant that operating under the Westin / Buoy Haus. We are looking forward to a busy "off-season" with the restaurant booked out for many large private events over the next few months. Ensuring no "off-season" for our servers / bartenders and staff!
Shifts start at 3:30.
