We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee the culinary operations at our scratch/casual restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and a background in kitchen management.
Responsibilities
Manage kitchen staff and coordinate food preparation activities
Ensure food quality and adherence to safety standards
Oversee inventory management and ordering supplies
Train and develop kitchen team members
Weekly Inventory
Ordering of product through vendors
Experience
Previous experience in a similar role within the food industry
Proficiency in cooking techniques and kitchen operations
Strong team management skills
Knowledge of training development practices
Familiarity with local vendors is a plus
