We are looking for all Front of the House staff with strong attention to detail, organization, and cleanliness. In addition to technical skills of a minimum of 2 years of experience, the individuals must have strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to be a team collaborator. We are seeking energetic, enthusiastic Servers, Runners, Bussers, Bartenders, and Hostesses, with a passion for food, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a team environment.
Applicants will have great attention to detail and high standards of excellence. We are looking for people eager to learn and build their skills in the Dining Room. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with strong communication and organization skills, who can follow instructions and work in a team environment.

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Cruz Bay, St. John, United States Virgin Islands.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in a restaurant or hotel
Understanding of food safety and sanitation procedures
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
