Job description:
Our Unit Inventory Readiness Inspector is responsible for the overall readiness of each assigned units under their watch. You will work closely with all departments to include other unit's inspectors, housekeeping and maintenance staff while interacting with owners and guests, making sure they have a superb guest experience.
Job requirements:
Two years hotel/hospitality or like experience preferred.
Must have reliable transportation.
Excellent time management skills.
Able to work weekends and holidays.
Display excellent communication, verbal, writing skills and phone/email.
Be detail oriented. Keep workspace clean and organized.
Handle high-stress work environment with professionalism and efficiency.
Maintain valid driver’s license for shuttle service and shopping duties.
Exhibit excellent attention to detail and time management.
Possess ability to physically withstand walking a hillside terrain and stairs.
Possess ability to carry up to 25lbs.
Display strong interpersonal skills needed and make a strong positive impression.
Perform with “Get it done” work attitude.
Be an all-around team player.
Be a Problem solver.
Works well with Microsoft Word, Excel.
Good spoken and written English
Excellent organizational skills
Team player who is quick to learn and take on new tasks.
